Hi, I’m Monica, and I’m passionate about helping women navigate menopause with strength, confidence, and resilience. My journey with fitness and health has been deeply personal—I once weighed 300 pounds, and through dedication to movement and nutrition, I’ve maintained my weight loss for over 27 years.
I’ve always been a gym rat, pushing my limits as a CrossFitter and even competing as an Olympic weightlifter. Now, as I go through perimenopause myself, I’ve made it my mission to support other women on this journey. I became a Girls Gone Strong Certified Menopause Coach, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a NASM Certified Remote Personal Trainer, and a Certified Nutrition Coach to ensure I provide the best coaching and guidance possible.
In addition to coaching, I’m also a full-time teacher, so I completely understand what it’s like to juggle a demanding career, family responsibilities, and self-care. I know firsthand that menopause brings unique challenges—but with the right approach to training, nutrition, and mindset, you can thrive, even with a busy schedule.
